We help our partners meet their aims, whilst ensuring our work drives systemic change for planet and people.
Ashden’s mission is to accelerate transformative climate solutions and build a more just world. Will you support us?
Boost grassroot innovators
On-the-ground solutions drive the system changes our planet needs. Through our Ashden Awards, we help climate innovators in the UK and Global South thrive, giving them resources and opportunities to scale their solutions and create even more impact.
Power climate action in UK Towns and cities
Councils and the communities they serve are crucial to the UK’s transition to a cleaner, greener future. We help local authorities to turn their climate action plans into reality, while creating jobs, tackling fuel poverty and reducing inequality. And we help community organisations deliver inclusive climate action.
Confront neglected climate challenges in the Global South
The people at greatest risk from the climate crisis did little to create it. We’re fighting for a just transition to a fairer world. This includes backing the changemakers bringing solar power to farmers and refugees, and helping indigenous communities protect the earth’s rainforests.
Unite and support UK schools working to become zero carbon
Greening schools tackles emissions, but also inspires communities and future generations. Through our Let’s Go Zero campaign we’re helping thousands of schools take big and small steps to become more sustainable, and also working with government and others to unlock the policies and funding schools need.
