At Ashden, we are committed to tackling SDG 7: To ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all. While our winners not only strive to tackle this issue, their work also cuts across many of the other goals as well.

Goal 3: Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages
Big Birmingham Bikes and Hangzhou Bicycle Service are improving health by reducing air pollution and are promoting a healthier lifestyle for people in cities. By integrating this method of transportation into city infrastructure, we can also hope to tackle Goal 11: Sustainable cities and communities (see below).
